You can make your appointment in whichever office is most convenient for your schedule. We have two offices in the Atlanta area. Our Buckhead office is located on Piedmont Road north, just north of Miami Circle and across from the Mercedes Benz dealership. Our Alpharetta office is reached via the Old Milton Parkway exit of Georgia 400, close to the Webb Bridge Post Office.

Dr. Johnson works in both offices and our physician assistants and aestheticians are available at both offices.

You can use your insurance to cover anything that is a medical concern, including acne, rashes, skin cancer screenings, hair loss, growths, and many other skin issues.

Insurance does not cover things like skincare consultations and cosmetic consultations.

If you have health insurance, you may be subject to co-pays, co-insurance and deductible amounts that will be due at the time of your visit. These fees are determined by your insurance company and not by our office.

Yes, of course. We see many patients who either do not have insurance or do not have an insurance plan that we are contracted with. We will give you a quote for estimated costs and collect payment at the time of your visit.

We provide FREE parking at our Alpharetta location in front of the office.

It’s OK to bring a friend or family member to your appointment. Depending on the nature of the appointment, your guest may not be allowed to remain in the exam room during procedures.

We make every effort to accommodate same-day treatment requests, but for non-emergent or elective medical procedures, we usually require a consultation first to estimate the time needed for the procedure and to verify costs for insurance.

For cosmetic treatments, we typically try to treat the same day if possible.

Yes, we see children (and any aged person :-))

If you would benefit from an aesthetician consultation, we try to accommodate you if you’re already in the office for another reason, such as a visit with Dr. Johnson or a physician assistant. However, if you know ahead of time that you would like to see an aesthetician, please let us know during scheduling and we will make sure to include the time to do so.

We offer financing assistance through CareCredit and Cherry. Details about payment plans and terms are determined by those companies.

For cosmetic and medical concerns, we need to see the area to be treated, so please make sure that it’s exposed – i.e. little or no makeup, if possible, remove weaves and hair coverings, make sure that you can undress if the area is under clothing.
